Returns and Refunds

We are happy to accept returns on most items if something does not work out the way you had planned. 

Please be sure to include a note with your return that has your order number and name. Items must be in original condition and unworn with tags attached (when applicable). The item must be postmarked within 20 days of the original order date to be refunded. No shipping charges can be refunded. You are responsible for postage on items that you send back to us.

If there is an error, defect, or damage with your order, it must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Ineligible items that are returned can be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Canceled orders are subject to a 10% processing fee due to the fees that we are charged. Please be sure to mail your returns in a bag that conceals them (not a clear bag).

Shipping Most items ship within 1-3 business days from Deerwood, MN. We do not ship to freight forwarders, as we cannot verify delivery location
